• Business and project information you provide for your build — content, images, copy, and similar
• Basic billing information — full card details are handled directly by our payment processors; we don't store card numbers ourselves
• Basic usage information from visiting our site

2. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, build and manage your project, process payments, send project-related updates, and generally improve what we offer.

3. Third parties we work with

• Stripe — for card payments
• PayPal, Venmo, Zelle — for the alternative payment methods you choose to use
• Supabase — our database and hosting provider for the client portal
• Our website chat assistant — an automated tool, not a person, that may see messages you choose to send it

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations.

Our services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
