How long does a project take?
Most Site Refresh projects take about a week. Full Redesigns and New Websites usually run about two weeks from kickoff to launch.
What's included in each plan?
Site Refresh is for an existing site that needs a design and content update. Full Redesign rebuilds your site from scratch on our system. New Website is for businesses starting with nothing yet. See the Pricing section on the homepage for full details.
Do you build the site, or do I?
We do. You give us direction, content and feedback along the way — we handle the design, the code, and getting it live.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every plan includes revisions during the build itself. After launch, you can request additional edits any time from the Upgrade page in your client portal.
How do I pay?
Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle — all available from your client portal once your project starts, or as a one-time payment up front.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
Yes. Managed hosting, a free SSL certificate, and your custom domain are part of every plan — set up before launch day and handled going forward.
